Domestic Support
We help you maintain your machines so that they are working as fast and as efficiently as possible. Although we prefer to regularly maintain your machines we are available on an ad-hoc basis to sort out problems on a call out basis. Our regular customers can be dealt with on a remote basis where possible to save call out and travelling charges.
Our Domestic support is carried out on an ad-hoc basis. We will come to you and make sure that your problems are sorted out on site. If the machine is particularly slow or needs extensive repair work then wil usually remove it and work on it togther with other machines so as not to use too much time and cost you too much money!
Our rates for this work are £45 per hour and a £10 call out to cover travel within a twenty mile radius.
